Gospel singer Tope Alabi has threatened legal action against a Canada-based pastor over social media allegations linking her to the death of fellow gospel minister Toluwanisings.
Alabi’s solicitors issued a cease-and-desist letter dated October 24, demanding that the operator of the Facebook page Pastor Tayo Ministries remove the publications, retract the allegations, and issue a public apology within 24 hours.
The letter accused the page operator of publishing claims linking Alabi to murder and ritual killings, calling them “false in every particular.” Toluwanisings died on October 14, 2026, aged 41. The allegations have not been independently verified.
